When art visits Marlène Benard, In this setting of refinement where elegance has been second nature for thirty years. Marlena Benard, 5 rue de Surene in Paris 8th, welcomes Belgian artist Philippe Godfroid from mid-April to May 20, 2026. The artist's work, artistic nude photography, literally enchanted visitors with its intimate black and white prints. Each shot told a story, that of the sublimated female body. Success was immediate. Men and women alike were moved by the sensitivity and accuracy of these images. What perhaps surprised and moved people most was the warm reception women gave to these photographs. There was something deeply respectful, almost dedicatory, in Philippe Godfroid's gaze: a way of celebrating the female body without ever reducing it. Women felt this and responded. Many wished to take one or more of these works home. Marlena offered her clientele much more than an aesthetic interlude: a truly intimate and luminous experience.
